The Poptropica Wiki Network is led by a Chairman, who is also the Chief Executive Editor (CEE). As leader of the wiki, the Chairman does not "own" the wiki, and if corrupt maybe removed from office. All Chairmans have 'Crat status. The current Chairman is Ultimate iPad Expert (Active).
The next in line is the Vice Chairman, who (as above) also does not own the wiki, but, is also appointed to CEO, and Head Admin. The current Vice Chairman is Pikachu4807(Active).
The Chief of Vandilism Removal (CVR), who (as above) also does not own the wiki. The current CVR is Godzilla2014andnext (Active). This user is in charge of removing all vandilism.
